Order Processing

Products sold by Hickory Ridge Market may be fulfilled and shipped directly by our approved supplier partners. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days, although processing times may vary by product and supplier.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Available shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after an order has shipped and are not guaranteed.

Multiple Shipments

Items fulfilled by different suppliers may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. Separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed when it becomes available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.

Delays and Lost Packages

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or a package appears lost, please contact us so we can work with the supplier and carrier.
